The scariest scene in life (most likely in women) is when we wake up one morning and see ourselves in the mirror having these lines and folds all over our face destroys our young, innocent  beauty.  Most of us were afraid of getting old not because of growth itself but of the aging effects that is obviously seen most likely in our face called Wrinkles.  People invest in many beauty products just to prevent and eliminate these wrinkles problem. But this is the epic question “How to prevent Wrinkles naturally?”.

First thing  we must understand that  these fine lines and folds visible in some areas of our face  also known as wrinkles is promoted by natural aging, excessive sun exposure, smoking, habitual facial expressions and poor hydration of our body. By just avoiding some of the activities mentioned above, we can prevent this wrinkle-problem.


After surfing the internet I found out how to prevent wrinkles naturally by just having a healthy lifestyle. Since one of its causes is poor hydration, it is highly recommended for us to increase our water intake for about 8 or more glasses every day. This will keep our cells hydrated and cleansed. Also we make sure to ourselves that we practice healthy diet consumption daily.  Eat foods that contain vitamins A, B2, B3, B6, B12, C and E that are essential for our healthy skin. Fruits and vegetables that are rich in anti-oxidants like carrots and apples are also helpful in enriching the beauty of our skin. Having  proper sleeping hours, regular exercise and Vitamin D from the sun are also beneficiary not only in our skin but in our over-all health as well.

Aging is unstoppable but its negative effects physically can be prevented by living right and healthy. “How we Live is what we are” a famous quote we’ve encountered for years but it’s the best quote that we can rely on how to prevent wrinkles naturally.
